The good people at Self Portrait (the reimagined TW Foods) are taking guests on a global wine tour every week. In this Tuesday night series, Bronwyn and Tim Wiechmann, design unique and delightful prix fixe menus and pair them with wines from the featured regions. By the look of things, the summer excursions are focusing on France and its legendary appellations like the Alsace and Loire Valley. Available throughout the evening, the menus are $65 per person (not including tax or gratuity).
