Waypoint & ICO – A Perfect Ten

How’s this for awesome? Chef Michael Scelfo is partnering with Island Creek Oysters founder Skip Bennett for a ten-course family-style seafood dinner at Waypoint. The fish (and shellfish and clams and mussels)-laden feast is scheduled for Thursday, August 10th at 10:00pm and set to include seafood harvested by Bennett as well as perfect vino pairings from wine director Jen Fields. – Razor Clam Ceviche, Nectarine Oil, Charred Jalapeno Relish, Tarragon
– Striped Bass Crudo, Pickled Chiles & Blueberries, Rye Crumbs, Purslane
– Grilled & Marinated Lobsters, Sea Urchin Toasts, Peach & Basil
– Mom’s Stuffed Surf Clams
– Grilled Oysters with Garlic Butter, Pecorino, Herbs
– Steamers, Sea Bean Butter, Pickled Lemons
– Oven Roasted Mussels, Saffron Vinegar, Chickpea Rouille, Tahini Bread
– Roasted Bass Head, Tail & Collar, Farm Vegetable Panzanella, Pickled Scape Salsa Verde
– Tomato Braised Littlenecks, Blood Sausage, Smoked Potatoes, White Bean Crostino
