The peeps at Woods Hill Pier 4 are working with the folks at Sipsmith Gin for an on-going harborside pop-up on select nights through mid-August. Make a beeline for the Seaport to be first in line to try their collaborative efforts like the Boston Tea Party made with Sipsmith London Dry gin, peach honey shrub, earl grey, lemon & bubbles, or Dear Prudence made with Sipsmith Strawberry Smash gin, English cucumber, lime, mint, creme de violette & soda.

If you’re feeling a little creative, you can belly up to the build-your-own G&T bar and design your ideal summer sipper with your choice of gin, (London Dry, Strawberry Smash or Zesty Orange), seasonal fruit (watermelon, peach or blueberry) or accoutrements (mint, basil or rosemary).

Chef Charlie Foster’s full a la carte menu will be available, too so you definitely won’t go hungry (or imbibe on an empty stomach). Seating is first come, first served (no reservations required) so consult the calendar below an head on over between 5:00 and 9:00pm for some fun summer drinks with views of the city skyline (or the water) as your backdrop.
