On Wednesday, August 29th, The Table at Season to Taste is combining New England’s most bountiful season with seasoning from south of the border. It’s a four-course fiesta presenting local meat, seafood, and veggies with preparations and flavors from Mexico. Fresh corn, heirloom tomatoes, and wood-fired meats will all make an appearance alongside an optional (and highly recommended) beverage pairing for each course.
