Jodie Battles, wine director of the JK Food Group (Toro, Coppa, and Little Donkey), is here to help with her Vino Veritas: Truths About Wine program. Each month, she’ll explore a different tasty topic in the world of wine, featuring special pours on all the Group’s beverage list and hosting a casual class on the second Thursday of each month for oenophiles who want to deepen their knowledge. August kicks the program off with Pét-Nats—naturally sparkling wines—and the first class will be held at Coppa on Thursday, August 9th and you can reserve your spot (for $25 per person) by dropping an email to info@jkfoodgroup.com.
