Vineyard Harvest at Harvest

Chef Keith Pooler welcomes chef Tina Miller and Christie Matheson, co-authors of the just-released Vineyard Harvest to join him at Harvest in Cambridge on Thursday, June 16th for a five-course dinner celebrating their recently released cookbook. The dinner, in keeping with the Vineyard Harvest theme, as well as the philosophy of the restaurant, pays homage to the region and its finest purveyors with dishes like corn crusted Point Judith calamari with roasted red pepper remoulade; asparagus and fingerlings with salsa verde; Block Island swordfish with green aioli; shiitake stuffed halibut with sorrel butter; and blueberry crostata. The price for the evening is $65 per person, which includes the tasting menu, accompanying wines and a signed copy of Vineyard Harvest.
