The five-course sample menu includes favorites like shrimp cocktail, wedge salad with Drumlin greens blue cheese, bacon and tomato jam, lobster bisque and ribeye with creamed greens, sautéed fat moon mushrooms and crispy hash browns — for $90 per person. The team also has a vegetarian option if you want all the vibes but not the meat.
