The team at Clink. is breaking out the bubbly – the fancy bubbly! – for their next big wine dinner, scheduled for Friday, May 3rd. Reserve yourself a spot at the Liberty Hotel’s elegant second floor restaurant for an epic evening featuring a four-course menu from chef Daniel Kenney paired with sparklers from Veuve Clicquot Champagne & Winemaker Bertrand Varquier. The unforgettable epicurean journey starts with hors d’oeuvres and drinks in The Liberty Bar at 6:30pm before moving to the dining room for a plated dinner accompanied by sippable pairings (as well as short-and-sweet-but-also-informative little introductions to each one). Dinner costs $165 per person (plus a few processing fees) and tickets are available online here (until they’re all gone, of course).
