Venetian Wine Dinner at Tomasso

Experience the variety of the Veneto on Wednesday, December 6th at Tomasso Trattoria in Southborough with a five-course Northern Italian meal from Chef Daniele Baliani paired with five Venetian wines from Bertani. At 7:00pm, start things off with Soave Classico and bigoli in anchovy sauce as guest speaker Brian Cronin, Master Sommelier and wine importer, educates you on the history, terroir, and flavor of Venetian wine. You’ll keep learning through four more mouth-watering courses, finishing up with sweet Recioto di Valpolicella and almond cake.
