Vegetarian Feast at Vincent’s


Do you need new potatoes in your life? Do you get giddy for green garlic? Vincent’s in Cambridge hears your vegetarian voices and has an ambitious nine-course Vegetarian Tasting Menu planned for Thursday, April 27th that is the perfect plant-based start to spring. Grab a spot here between 5:00 and 8:30pm and get your palate primed for some of chef Philip Nacron’s farmers-market fresh dishes like Asparagus Milanese with kohlrabi coleslaw, pickled peppers, preserved lemon; New Potatoes with green garlic and pea purée, crème fraîche; Carrot Tempura; Radishes and Charred Leek Butter on Toast; and Farm Egg, Hashbrown, Creamed Fava Beans. Dinner is just $70 per person, and there will be an optional wine pairing.
