Vincent’s in Cambridge hears your vegetarian voices and has an ambitious nine-course Vegetarian Tasting Menu planned for Thursday, April 27th that is the perfect plant-based start to spring. Grab a spot here between 5:00 and 8:30pm and get your palate primed for some of chef Philip Nacron’s farmers-market fresh dishes like Asparagus Milanese with kohlrabi coleslaw, pickled peppers, preserved lemon; New Potatoes with green garlic and pea purée, crème fraîche; Carrot Tempura; Radishes and Charred Leek Butter on Toast; and Farm Egg, Hashbrown, Creamed Fava Beans. Dinner is just $70 per person, and there will be an optional wine pairing.
