The Veggie Butcher


Veggies get prime time coverage at Harvest’s upcoming cookbook dinner. Chef and author Cara Mangini makes her way to Harvard Square on Monday, September 12th to showcase her produce-forward plates. Mangini will collaborate with resident chef Tyler Kinnett on a four-course prix fixe with local and seasonal produce taking center-stage. Mangini, the mastermind behind Little Eater (a vegetable-inspired restaurant, produce stand and artisanal foods boutique in Columbus, Ohio) will be on hand for the 6:00pm dinner. Reservations are available for $60 per person – including a chef Q + A and a signed copy of Mangini’s The Vegetable Butcher – and can be made by calling 617.868.2255.
