Veggies get prime time coverage at Harvest’s upcoming cookbook dinner. Chef and author Cara Mangini makes her way to Harvard Square on Monday, September 12th to showcase her produce-forward plates. Mangini will collaborate with resident chef Tyler Kinnett on a four-course prix fixe with local and seasonal produce taking center-stage. Mangini, the mastermind behind Little Eater (a vegetable-inspired restaurant, produce stand and artisanal foods boutique in Columbus, Ohio) will be on hand for the 6:00pm dinner.
