Taste-Boston revisits Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 22nd when they head to L’Espalier for their second annual Valentine’s Day Do-Over Dinner. The specially designed, four-course dinner from chef Frank McClelland includes smoked salmon with rhubarb, apple and pear salad; chicken dumplings with cippolini onion and mushroom; standing ribeye of beef with shoestring potatoes and sauce Bordelais; and a L’Espalier cheese tasting. Each course will be paired with accompanying wines chosen by Wine Director Erik Johnson. So, whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day a few days after the fact or just want another excuse to head to one of Boston’s most romantic restaurants, Taste-Boston’s modern day take on a traditional dinner party offers the perfect opportunity. Dinner, which gets underway at 6:30pm, costs $65 per person including tax and gratuity. Call 617.367.8142 or go to the Taste-Boston website to make your reservations.
