Enjoy an evening of eating, drinking and education at the hands of chef Marc Orfaly and Baron Ziegler of European Cellars. On Monday, October 6th at 6:30pm Orfaly will unveil a five-course tasting menu to be paired with Southern French wines from the European Cellars’ collection. Founded in 1989, European Cellars is an importer of hand-selected wines from France, Spain, and other emerging wine producing countries. For his part, Ziegler will provide information on each of the wines served.
