On Thursday, July 26th, chef Michael Kraus fills the grill with summertime favorites for an urban barbeque with a view on blu‘s terrace. From 6:00-10:00pm guests can pile their plates with slow-roasted beef brisket, smoked baby back ribs, bbq chicken, corn-on-the-cob, and an array of salads. For dessert: classics like ice cream sandwiches, watermelon and berry shortcake. You can wash it all down with beers from Harpoon or the signature blu margarita.
