Upcoming Harvest Reviews

Harvard Square’s legendary Harvest, the fertile educational training ground to some of Boston’s (and the nation’s) foremost chefs continues its popular monthly series, The Harvest Review. The tasting series, which began in September 2003, has consistently sold out and Executive Chef Eric Brennan plans to continue that trend. For the January Review, Brennan welcomes winemaker Cris Williams of Wattle Creek Wines on Wednesday, January 21st. To complement the selection of Wattle Creek wines, Brennan will be preparing a menu featuring salad of wild Duxbury mussels and peekytoe crabmeat; Maine lobster chowder with griddled white grits; New Bedford diver scallops crusted with Florida rock shrimp paste; carved barbequed Moullard duck breast with bacon-mushroom ravioli and foie gras sauce; and Hillman Farms harvest wheel. The dinner gets underway at 6:00pm and costs $39 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Reservations are required, so call 617.868.2255 to save your spot.
