Cellar Saturday is back at Alcove with a guided tasting tour of some standout Loire Valley wines on Saturday, February 25th. Tom Schlesinger-Guidelli spent the holidays traveling through the wine regions of Europe and tasting up a storm, and he’ll be dropping some freshly acquired French wine knowledge for this installment of the series, which runs from 2:00 to 4:00pm at the West End eatery. For their part, the culinary team will be serving up some light bites to pair with all the Sancerres and Chenin Blancs while you enjoy an immersive overview of all the region’s growing areas, winemaking techniques and tasting notes.
