The Outlook Kitchen at the Envoy Hotel is where she hangs her apron, and she’s dying for you to try her newly launched Fall & Winter menu. Hurry to the Seaport on Wednesday, November 14th for a five-course tasting of the whole shebang paired with beers from locals Untold Brewing. The menu is full of upscale simplicity: your bread and butter will be New England brown bread with homemade butter sprinkled with Espelette pepper, and your bacon and eggs will feature braised pork belly and Chef Rosana’s buttermilk biscuits, all paired with crafty selections from Untold.
