UNICEF’s Tap Project Comes Back to Boston

In honor of World Water Week (Sunday, March 22nd through Saturday, March 28th) restaurants all over the country will be participating in the Tap Project. All you have to do is eat at area restaurants like Kingfish Hall, KO Prime, Olives, Summer Shack Boston, Summer Shack Cambridge, Clio, Toro, Garden at the Cellar, OM Restaurant | Lounge, Henrietta’s Table, Rialto, Chiara and Blue Ginger – at the end of your meal they’ll invite you to donate $1 for each glass of tap water. Proceeds help UNICEF provide some of the poorest areas in the world with clean drinking water. Here’s a little perspective: for every dollar raised, a child will be provided with forty days of clean water – now that’s food (or drink) for thought. To learn more about this project or to get a complete list of participating restaurants visit the Tap Project website.
