Uni Winter Tasting Menu

Uni

If you’re ready to get a little dressed up and go out and about in the Back Bay, Uni has a perfectly posh winter tasting menu that will go quite nicely with that LBD that’s dying for a night on the town. Chefs Ken Oringer and David Bazirgan are offering four courses of their award-winning sushi on a Winter Tasting Menu paired with sakes from Kubota Brewery. The light, dry and crisp style of sake known as ‘tanrei karakuchi’ is made in the Niigata Prefecture of Japan with locally-grown rice, and will bring out the best of each elegant bite of sashimi and nigiri that is carefully curated by Uni’s talented sushi chefs. The tasting menu is $250 per person and available only on Wednesday, January 11th, Thursday the 19th, Thursday the 26th, and Thursday, February 2nd. Book a spot via OpenTable — reservations are limited and will definitely sell out so grab them while you can. Keep an eye on their IG for any updates, and give them a call at 617.536.7200 with any specific Qs.
