Tony Messina’s Way Back Wednesdays

Feeling nostalgic for the OG UNI? Starting on August 22nd, chef Tony Messina is offering a special monthly omakase menu for Way Back Wednesdays. He’s crafting a tasting experience that’s completely customizable — just tell him the number of courses you’re up for and he’ll get to work — and it’s only available in lower UNI (this is top secret stuff, so it can’t be seen by the masses). Pricing will vary depending on how many courses you choose, but you can expect traditional Japanese techniques, interpretations of exotic fish and the freshest seafood no matter what you order.
