On Tuesday, July 12th chef Tom Fosnot and wine director Mark Goldberger invite guests to join them on blu’s outdoor patio for a special, multi-course Under the Tuscan Moon wine dinner under the stars. The dinner of summer favorites – grilled striped bass, sweet corn ravioli, Niman Ranch pork loin – will be paired with Tuscan wines including Terrabianca “Croce” Chianti Classico Riserva and Gaja Ca’Marcanda “Magari,” a Super Tuscan from one of Italy’s most prized producers. The evening begins with hors d’oeuvres at 6:30pm followed by dinner at 7:00pm, and costs $125 per person, including tax and gratuity.
