Under The Sea Dinner

Sometimes the seaweed is greener in somebody else’s cove – ditch your weeknight dinner routine and head to Field & Vine on Thursday, June 27th for an Under The Sea Dinner. Chef Andrew Brady is delving deep into the local seafood scene for a one-night special menu with snacks like Clams Escabeche, Tuna ‘NDuja, and Trout Roe served with Fermented Carrot Butter and Sesame Naan; and larger plates of Fried Soft Shells with Chipotle Aioli and herbs, and Squid Salpicon with Squid Ink Leche De Tigre. Dinner costs $110 per person, and, as you may have heard, it’s better down where it’s wetter so be sure to add on an optional beverage pairing.
