BISq is launching a brand new wine dinner series on Tuesday, February 11th, with a trip to the vine-covered hills of Umbria. They’ve invited their friends at Olmstead Wines for a trip to one of Europe’s hidden gems with a six-course dinner featuring regional dishes paired with a two ounce pour of each featured wine.
