Co-owners chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert are paying tribute to their latest wine crush, Vittorio & Anna Mattioli of Collecapretta, with a five-course feast. Available in vegetarian- and omnivore-friendly versions, the shareable menu-for-two includes four savory courses, dessert and a bottle of wine from this hard to find hamlet in the rugged hillsides of southern most Umbria, where the Mattioli family have been making wine for generations.
