Mark your calendars for the next installment of Umami Madness at Pagu. On Thursday, September 20th, Kimberly Scott of The Wine Bottega joins chef-owner Tracy Chang for an evening of spicy plates accompanied by cool natural wines. To go with Scott’s selections, which hail from all over the world, Chang will be debuting some never-before-seen dishes – including her new soft serve.
