On Wednesday, December 5th, go from tacky to classy at the Ames Hotel’s Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. Come dressed to unimpress and decorate cookies while you check out the competition. At the end of the night, the wearer of the best worst sweater will be awarded a free night’s stay at the hotel, and the runners up will all be stuck wearing their bad sweaters until they get home. The event is free, but a $20 cash donation or an unwrapped gift will be your ticket, which will go to spreading Christmas cheer to the Home for Little Wanderers.
