Two More Cooking Classes from Marco

Given how quickly his last two cooking classes sold out, it’s no wonder chef de cuisine Dave Hamilton has added two more to the agenda at Marco. Sign on for the first class, scheduled for Monday, November 3rd to get all the ins and outs of pasta making – Hamilton will walk you through every step from preparing the dough to rolling it out. The second class, scheduled for Monday, November 17th will take your skills to the next level, focusing on sauces including chef-owner Marc Orfaly’s signature Bolognese as well as a classic ragú. Whichever class suits your schedule and you skills, both starts at 6:30pm and cost $95 per person, which covers hands-on instruction, dinner paired with wine and a goodie bag.
