Chef Tim Wiechmann and team turn their attention to foraged fungi for their annual Wild Mushroom dinner at T. W. Food. The menu of mushroom-y goodness is available on Wednesday, October 19th and Thursday, October 20th during dinner hours (5:00-10:00pm) with six umami-packed courses. From black trumpets to hen of the woods, the chefs take on the forest favorite with a slew of preparations. Dinner costs $85 per person and a wine pairings can be added for an additional $55.
