Chef Tim Wiechmann puts greens center stage (or center plate) at his Global Vegetarian dinner on Thursday, July 28th. The multi-course, meat-free offerings highlight produce-forward cuisine from countries across the map so veggie-lovers can grab a table at T. W. Food to taste their way around the world via seven creative courses. The dishes include Japanese yasai tempura with pickled plum mayonnaise and Iranian ashe-e anar (pomegranate soup with chickpeas and mint), among others.
