On Wednesday, October 17th, Alba in Quincy invites you to take a first-glass trip to Tuscany with a four-course feast paired with the wines of Giovanni Folonari. Starting at 6:30pm, you’ll find out why they say Italian wine is made for eating, with hearty classics on your plate like pasta bolognese and gnocchi with braised short ribs, paired with the traditional wines of the Folonari Estate, from bright, crisp Vermentino to bold, leathery Brunello di Montalcino.
