Executive chef Keith Pooler, welcomes guests to Harvest for this month’s tuna-focused Harvest Review on Wednesday, November 17th. The menu for the evening includes carpaccio of bluefin tuna with orange black barley salad, pepper cress and soy ginger dressing; bluefin tuna tartare with black radish kohlrahbi and flying fish roe with cucumber vinaigrette; and seared bluefin tuna with eggplant puree, Peruvian lima beans and roasted shallot caper sauce. Wine director Jason Irving, will match Pooler’s menu with accompanying wines. Dinner costs $39 per person and starts at 6:00pm.
