Every Tuesday treat yourself to a special dinner created by the dynamic wine-loving duo behind the goings-on at Forage, chef Eric Cooper and wine guru Stan Hilbert. Each week they select four wines from some of their favorite non-interventionist winemakers and pair them with a super seasonal four-course spread which you can enjoy on-site at the restaurant or pick-up to have at home.
The meals are designed for two and you can pick either omnivore, vegetarian, vegan or pescatarian (for $120).
