Tuesday Tasting at the Metropolitan Club

Chef Jeffrey Fournier and the Boston Event Guide welcome guests to the Metropolitan Club on Tuesday, August 23rd for a Tuesday Tasting from 6:00-8:00pm. Every fifteen minutes or so, starting at 6:15, Fournier will be rolling out nibbles from his modern steakhouse menu. First course: scallop and shrimp ceviche served in cucumber cup followed by prime dry-aged steak tartar with truffles; tuna carpaccio with chile oil; and ultimately blueberry and nectarine chausson. Fournier’s menu will be accompanied by carefully selected, complementary wines. Tickets for the event cost $19 each if purchased in advance or $29 each if purchased at the door.
