Mantra and the extended family of One World Cuisine restaurants will be donating twenty percent of the proceeds of all meals served on Wednesday, January 19th to Doctors Without Borders, an organization providing critical medical assistance to areas affected by the tsunami. Participating restaurants include Diva in Somerville, Kashmir on Newbury Street, <b?Café of India in Cambridge and Bukhara in Jamaica Plain.
