On Tuesday, February 17th, chef Paul Turano of Tryst has an authentic New Orleans feast for Mardi Gras diners. With the help of some culinary research, Turano has crafted a three-course prix fixe menu that’s true to regional tastes, featuring traditional NOLA dishes like chili-braised pork shoulder and, of course, beignets. The fun extends to the bar with a la carte drink specials with which to toast Fat Tuesday. The menu will be available from 5:00-10:00pm for $30 per person in addition to Tryst’s regular dinner menu.
