Meet Ferdinando Zanusso of the father-and-son duo behind i Clivi Wines at Terra’s upcoming wine dinner, scheduled for Thursday, November 9th. Back in the early 90s, with the purchase of a small vineyard, the pair set about restoring true character of Friulian wines, capturing the exquisite terroir of the northeastern Italy. Today, they operate a natural and organic vineyard producing un-manipulated wines.
