Truffle season comes but once a year, and you can get a major dose of umami right on the North Shore at a special Northern Italian Truffle & Wine Dinner at Sogno in Woburn. On Wednesday, December 7th, chef Jason Maynard and his team will be serving a decadent five-course menu matched with pours from some of the northern Italian greats (think: Bertani, Ferrari and Fontanafredda). There’ll be truffles aplenty with plates and pairings like Monkfish Roulade with Prosciutto, Mushroom Risotto and Black Truffle accompanied by Fontanafredda, Gavi Del Commune, Di Gavi — take a look at the full menu below.
