They are certainly making the most of the all-too-brief truffle season at Eataly. They’ve planned a big dinner at il Pesce with chef Barbara Lynch; they’re hosting a multiple-city auction/fundraiser in support of International Relief Teams to benefit hurricane relief; they’ve even opened a truffle-themed pop-up restaurant, Il Tartufo, for the season. To top it all off, they’ll be welcoming guests for one of their legendary Truffle Days on Wednesday, November 22nd, where they sell the beloved fungus at cost so everyone can afford a little taste of luxury –  just in time for Thanksgiving.
