Chef-owner Frank McClelland has organized the first ever Winter Solstice Truffle & Burgundy Dinner at FRANK in honor of all the most luxurious flavors of the season. End the year on a high note on Monday, December 21st with five courses of mouth-watering, end-of-the-year indulgences — warm oysters with Champagne truffle sabayon caviar, game bird terrine with quince, black Perigord truffles and chicory salad, and beef short rib black truffle bourguignon.
