Truchard Wine Dinner at The Franklin Cape Ann

Chef de cuisine Daniel Oliveira and chef-owner Dave Du Bois welcome winemaker Tony Truchard of the Truchard Winery in the Carneros region of Napa Valley to The Franklin Cape Ann on Wednesday, March 23rd. Truchard will match accompanying wines with courses like local lobster, shrimp and scallop salad with tarragon aioli; pan seared halibut in grapefruit citrus blanc with steamed spinach; and roasted noisette of filet mignon with celeriac puree and balsamic reduction.
