Every year in France, the annual bottling of Beaujolais is released on the third Thursday in November, and we think more holidays should be all about wine. Celebrate Beaujolais Day with Troquet on South on Thursday, November 21st, with a Beaujolais & Cassoulet dinner. From 5:00 to 10:00pm, turn the French to eleven with the traditional casserole dish from Executive Chef Tyler Stout paired with brand new Beaujolais by the glass or bottle. The full menu will be available in the dining room and at the bar to round out your evening with apps and dessert, and reservations are recommended. Beaujolais Day comes but once a year!
