Cuba comes north—on Monday, February 27th, chef Andy Husbands celebrates the Caribbean country at Tremont 647’s Summer in Winter shindig. Centered around a whole hog roast, the evening will highlight Cuban-inspired dishes and drinks with a cocktail reception and family-style dinner (6:00-9:00pm). Empanadas, Mojito-marinated shrimp, yucca tots and more will be joined by Plantation Rum concoctions to evoke the island clime. Tickets can be had for $44 each online here to help you forget the February-in-Boston blues.
