Sustainability is all the rage these days – especially in the restaurant industry where plastic straws have gone the way of the dodo, kitchen composting is de rigueur and locally-sourced, in-season ingredients are king. On Thursday, May 30th, the folks at Catalyst take it one step further with a Trash Tiki night. They’ll be teaming up with their friends from Flor De Caña Rum (a sustainability- and fair trade-focused brand if ever there was one) to create a special selection of cocktails designed to use every ingredient as efficiently as possible. Swing through Technology Square on your way home to try the sustainable sips and get some additional perspective from Brand Ambassador Kayla Quigley, and Beverage Director Cody Diehl.
