Trappolini Wines at Tomasso

Chef Daniele Baliani goes back to his Roman roots for a Trappolini wine dinner at Tomasso Trattoria on Thursday, July 30th. The five-course prix fixe will be paired with pours from the winery, located outside of Rome in the region of Lazio. Baliani will be preparing some favorite Roman dishes for the occasion, like braised oxtail with semolina gnocchi, grilled baby lamb chops and sweet brioche buns.
