If you’re about ready for a post-holiday trip to somewhere where there’s wine, Trade has a night out that’s got all the elements of a tour of Italy. Chef Jody Adams and her talented team are putting the finishing touches on a four-course Mediterranean-inspired Italian Wine Dinner menu set for Wednesday, January 25th, and each course will be matched up with a perfect pour of Piedmontese wines (see what’s on the sipping agenda below).
