Sugaring season is certainly something to get excited about, and the folks at Townsman are on board – bigly – hosting Maple Days from Friday, April 20th through Sunday, April 22nd. Maple syrup is a staple of New England (as any good Massachusettsan knows), and chef Matt Jennings is bringing the sap closer to home through beer, bourbon and a bold four-course tasting menu ($69 per person). Trillium Brewery will be taking over the taps with three delish drafts, and there’ll be a rare bourbon tasting flight, including Pappy Van Winkle ($25 per person). There’ll be smoked maple, bourbon and rye whiskey cocktails featuring Knob Creek, too. Best of all? Snag a bottle of Cask Force Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup to take home with you. Find all the details here. Questions? Call 617.993.0750, or make a reservation online.
