Tour West Coast Wines at Forage

The American West Coast encompasses thousands of miles — a lot more than just California’s Napa Valley. Come taste wines from five exciting producers that go beyond Napa that Forage’s wine guru Stan Hilbert is excited about on Tuesday, June 18th for this week’s wine dinner. Chef Eric Cooper has some lovely early summer bites to accompany the bottles that span from Paso Robles, California to Yakima, Washington, including Wild Leek Soufflé, Confit Quail, and a taste of Bayley Hazen Blue cheese from Vermont’s Jasper Hill Farm (take a look at the menu below).

Dinner costs $110 per person, which includes four courses and all the wine pairings. Make a reservation here between 5:00 and 8:45 for the dining room (the patio is closed for renovations until August), and make sure you’re following them on Instagram to keep up with their weekly wine dinners and other summer happenings.
