Julien at the Langham Hotel launches its Spring Wine Dinner Series on Thursday, March 4th with a grand tour of French vineyards. Wines from Provence, Loire Valley, Beaujolais, Rhône and Burgundy will be selectively paired with four courses prepared by executive chef Daniel Kenney and pastry chef John Quinn. The evening begins with a reception at 7:00pm with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four-course dinner, which will also feature wine commentary.
