Toro’s New Chef Pop-Up Series

Toro welcomes a line-up of friends, former colleagues and fellow chefs to join them in their brand new, fully-loaded Chef Pop-Up Series, which starts on Thursday, October 4th. First up: chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly in Miami Beach, who has crossed culinary paths with either (or both) of the evening’s hosts: chef-owner Jamie Bissonnette and chef Josh Elliott. Mendin will be adding a handful of small plates to the evening’s a la carte offerings (you can see some of what’s in store via the menu below), which will be available throughout dinner service alongside the regular menu. For their part, the folks behind the bar will be offering specials from Mad River Distilling and Shacksbury. Toro doesn’t accept reservations so you’ll just have to take your chances and pop over to the South End to get a taste of this collaboration.
