Award-winning chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette are toasting Toro‘s sweet seventeen in true South End style on Thursday, January 26th starting at 10:00pm. Expect nonstop freshly-shucked Island Creek oysters and lots of their signature snacks like Gofre (buttermilk waffle, white fish salad, créme fraîche, white sturgeon caviar, tabasco honey butter) and Cachete de Res (rioja braised beef cheeks, sunchoke purée, crispy garlic).
